You may need to keep waiting for the response. Because if your account has been locked. Only in that way your account can be unlocked if eligible
The response time usually takes up to 72 hours. But in some cases can be more

You can try waiting 5 or 7 days. If you finally don't receive an answer in the contact email provided please submit the form one more time but use a different contact email.
