How do I unlock my account?

Unfortunately, the only best option to unlock a Microsoft account is by submitting a reinstatement request through the account reinstatement form:

Since you have already submitted the form several times with no response yet, I would highly recommend you give them more time for them to properly investigate your case and determine if your account is to be reinstated.

If you have verified your Microsoft account but it is still locked, there are a few steps you can try to unlock it:

Wait: Sometimes, it can take a few hours for Microsoft's servers to recognize that you have verified your account. If you have recently verified your account, wait for a few hours and then try logging in again.

Reset your password: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the Microsoft account sign-in page and selecting "Forgot my password". Follow the instructions to reset your password and then try logging in again.

Contact Microsoft support: If you have tried the above steps and your account is still locked, you can contact Microsoft support for further assistance. Go to the Microsoft account sign-in page and select "Get help". From there, you can choose the option to contact Microsoft support via chat or phone. Explain your situation and they will assist you in unlocking your account.

Security information added to an account keeps it for validation by the account owner. If the account requires a sudden change in personal details, addition/removal of a payment instrument, a change of password, a security information will help the Microsoft system validate the person accessing the sensitive details of the account as the owner or not of the account. Therefore, the security information must be updated. The lower the security, the lower the chance of account recovery. Even updating the account security is only accessible to the account owner.
