    That is correct, COD Black Ops 4 does not feature a single-player campaign. Im glad you were able to get the situation taken care of, though.

    If you are interested in checking out other recent first person shooters with single player content, perhaps you might enjoy Star Wars Battlefront 2 or Battlefield V.

    You will need to have an Xbox Live Gold account in good standing to acccess any online features in the game.

    If you have recently signed up for or rejoined Xbox Live you may need to manually sign out and sign back in if the game is not allowing you to connect to multiplayer services.
