How to unlock Blizzard Mountain expansion pack for Horizon 3

I have purchased the Blizzard Mountain expansion pack and it is currently locked, saying "keep playing to unlock it" how do I get it unlocked?

snowfall mountain

The Forza Horizon 3 Blizzard Mountain (or Snowfall/Snowy Mountain) expansion will become available after you have unlocked your third festival location in the main game. I believe you need 200,000 fans in order to unlock the game's third festival location,,
but I could be wrong. After unlocking your third festival, it should start a Blizzard Mountain cut scene and put a navigation point on the map in the airport area.

Just visit it - once you've downloaded it, it comes up as another festival site, NW part of the map

Having the same problem. A disgrace I have paid for an add-on only to find yoy have to complete a fair amount of the original game before it unlocks, no mention of that on the store.

I want my money back.

It's on the airport runway in the OutBack area, from there you 'travel' to Blizzard Mountain.

not really a fair amount , only need to open 3 festival sites , if you were actually playing you would have already been past that point a long time ago
