How do i unlink two minecraft accounts from the same email.

When I logged on my Microsoft account I removed the email from that one to my main email account and forgot that email was used for another account and somehow they both linked and can't login to either account. Does anyone know how to fix it?

The link was for you to check if there was any Mojang account linked to your Microsoft account.

This is for a minecraft account and there is no options for minecraft in the links.
