How do I unlink or sign out of my minecraft account without email access

I understand your concern. I'm afraid you can only link once. As per Minecraft Help, "Only one Microsoft account can be associated with any PlayStation account at any time. If the account you are trying to sign into has already been linked, you will need to use a different one."

The problem is that it was linked to an email i no longer have access to. i cant get into the account thats linked to my xbox account. I need to unlink it without getting into my EA account.
