how do I unlink my old Microsoft account I don’t have access to anymore on my psn

Hey I’ve had this problem for a year or two now and Idk what to do, whenever I try to sign into one of my Microsoft accounts on my psn, it says I already have an account linked that I can’t access anymore because I lost access to the email for it, so idk what to do

But they is no way I can put another account on my psn right? Since I can’t prove it’s mine

So basically your telling me I can never add a new Microsoft account to my psn account again, which is funny because I never even added this one to my account it was on my old psn

You can link a Microsoft account to a PSN account only when none of the both was linked to the other previously.

If one of the two was linked previously to the other service, you're not going to be able to link that account to a different one.
