how do I unlink my microsoft from psn

I need to unlink my account from PSN and in all of the other threads I've read people have been saying they need to as well for various reasons. I've already tried going on PS>settings>etc. to unlink the accounts but that's not working and again, in all the other threads it hasn't worked for most people either. I have gone to everyone's websites (microsoft.com, minecraft.net, mojang.com, sonyeintertainmentnetwrok.com) and gone to FAQs they all say the same thing. But, as far as I know, all of their "solutions" have not succeeded for anyone. Where do I go to see the fact that the accounts are linked? My PSN account? Xbox profile? Please don't give me an answer that people have already told you doesn't work. If there isn't one would y'all get you're act together? Sit down and decide how you're going to fix it, who is responsible for fixing it, and how hard you're going to make unblinking our accounts to be.

Try to see with Sony support if they have any sort of procedures like Xbox has cache clearing etc.

I went to https://microsoft.com/consent and neither sony nor PlayStation was listed.

this is the error message I get when I try to sign in with my Microsoft account.

but the very first time I tried to sign in (just bought Minecraft 10 minutes ago) I got this error message.

and my PSN account is pretty new.
and I am 100% sure I haven't connected my PSN account to ANY Microsoft account before this, and this is my first PSN account ever so I wouldn't have had any PSN account to link to my Microsoft account.

also when I first tried linking I later received this email.

but when I went to Microsoft.com/consent Playstation/sony wasn't listed.

and every time I tried signing in I received the same error message as above and the same email above.
