I purchased the early access version of Forza Horizon 5, and I also brought a couple of extra addons which roughly add up to £90 plus! I have been playing the game now for a good couple of weeks and I loved it until a couple of days ago I was randomly logged out, after trying to log back in Microsoft blocked my account Forza was linked to, so I did what Microsoft told me to do and reach out to get the blocked email address unblocked which was unsuccessful. I have tried and tried to log back into my Forza account and it has not been successful at all, im fuming as I feel as I have been scammed as once my account is linked it can not be unlinked, it’s a permanent email address linked to your ps5 account! So now I’m in a situation where I want a refund, I spent my hard earned money which isn’t a small amount of money on this game and for it to just sit there, not able to play the game I actually loved, how do I go about this as I’ve asked PlayStation and they said as I’ve played the game I can’t have a refund, , its ridiculous as it wasn’t my fault I was randomly logged out in the first place
