How do I unlink an EA-Account that I do not have access to?

Hello again, Tim. I'm sorry to hear that EA Support couldn't unlink the account from their side.

If they are unable to do so, you should ask them for the procedure to recover an EA account to which you don't have access. Once you regain access, you can manually unlink the account yourself. They should be able to guide you on how to recover the account, even if you request the procedure from a different account.

I can understand the frustration this situation may cause, as I am also a gamer like you. Unfortunately, as a player, I don't have access to any accounts, whether Xbox or EA. As mentioned before, the linking and unlinking process is handled by EA, not Xbox.

EA support so far could not help me, because I am unable to log in into the account linked with my xbox account.

I get a message with " [...]EA Account for 33*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." and the support has been unable to unlink it on their end. This problem has been bothering me for over a year and every time I try to get any help no one seems "able" to help me.

It's important for you to know that there's no possible way to unlink an EA account from the Xbox platform because the linking is done from the EA platform and not the other way around. If your account is linked to an EA account that you do not have access to, you will need to talk to EA to unlink the account. No linking or unlinking process is done on the Xbox side.

According to Xbox Support, in unlinking EA account to our Xbox profile you may need to reach out to EA, because:

"Note Selecting “Revoke Access” for Xbox in the “Connected Account” section of https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index will only revoke Xbox's access to your EA information; however, your EA account will remain linked to that Xbox account. You need to contact EA customer support to properly unlink your Xbox and EA accounts."
