    Ultimate Game Pass not working

    It has nothing to do with my pc, it is totally the new xbox beta app. It doesn't log you in, therefore you cant play. Anyway, i figured it out, i uninstalled the original xbox app and then reinstalled it. Sign in with "old" app, now beta version works.

    Has anyone figured out how to fix this strange behavior in the Windows 10 Xbox app? It's been plaguing me for months

    can you try one thing for me, uninstall the xbox companion app and restart the pc and then open the xbox app.
    Same issue unfortunately. Uninstalled then rebooted. The laptop where I took the screenshot of the working Xbox app also has the console companion installed. Removing it and rebooting didn't fix things on the PC where the problems are occurring. Thanks for following up.

    I had the Xbox app installed on that PC back when it was in beta, though there are no traces of the beta left on there, just wondering if that may have something to do with the problems I'm experiencing.
