How do I turn off my controller after being done game streaming?

Hi samy, I am fine. How are you? my controller is xbox 360 controller. My controller turns on but after a while it turns off.

The console physically restarts whenever I turn it off. The controllers turn off with the console. By phantom controller I meant that my console shows a controller being connected despite my two controllers being turned off.

I solved this by having two outputs from my cable box. HDMI to the XB1 and Component straight to the TV. So if my kids want to watch TV I switch the input over to Component and they have full control of the TV while I am streaming games from the XB1.
I can also turn off the tv and stream without a problem. It will initially turn on when I boot up the XB1 but I just turn it off after it starts.

Then I can also watch TV while grinding my RPG games

I am a Mixer steamer and if I try to watch Netflix via console after stream is over it won't work. I have HDMI have directly to TV not through capture card (already switched it), I have rebooted my network,
turned off PC, hard reset console, and reinstalled Netflix app. Everything I load the app my TV shows No signal and turns blue. None of stream equipment is on and I haven't been streaming for over an hour. How can I fix this. Only happens after a stream.

I sent this to the Xbox Player help and they didn't really read it fully and have a basic reply with steps that were already done as stated in my original message.

What ever happened to MS having employees for support? I was a support and connectivity specialist for 360 before x1 and there was like 4 types of support including a phone number.

Anyway I trailes off, if anyone has an ideas aside from what I have already done please let me know. Thanks.

Wonder if it has to do with people streaming shows ?

How do i tell which xbox one it is? I think its just the regular one.

yes we cant touch the X on console to turn off or on. It has to be done by game controller
