    How do I turn off Described Video?


    Recently rented Spider-Man Homecoming from the Microsoft Video app on my xbox360. When i tried to watch it, described video for the visually impaired was activated. Not closed captions, not subtitles, not a video commentary. Nowhere in the rental description
    is described video noted, nor can I find it in the option menu, nor can i find it within system settings. How do i turn off this feature?

    Even if you are correct, which i don't think you are, that is a completely absurd notion as Described Video and Closed Captioning are completely different features designed for different disabilities.

    Xbox 360 does not have a narrator option so this is likely an audio setting within the movie you are watching. Can you check the audio settings or options within the movie's menu to check?

    Hmmmm? I been on my 360 every day for like 2 weeks playing Borderlands2 and haven't had this happen. I didn't even know they did something like this, pretty good idea thow cause man I start playing a good game and before u know it , it's been 6,7 hrs later
    and I'm like holy crap were did the time go.? But I could definitely see this getting to be a pain while trying to play a game, especially if ur playing multi player. ?.
