how do i trasfer my xbox one to someone else?

Unless the games you have were bought on a physical BluRay Disc, you can't transfer/sell the download games to anyone else.

And no person that knows what they are doing will ever give you money for digital download games, even though they might run on the console through the Home Console sharing.

If they know a bit about the Xbox download licensing, they know that if they "buy" the games from you, you can always recover your account to which the games are tied to, and "revoke" the right to play them on the console.

Then, in theory, you could buy a new console, find another gullible buyer that gives you money for the download games, you let them play for a while, revoke your games to yourself, and rinse and repeat.

So unless you find a VERY gullible buyer, no one is going to buy the games you have, unless it's a physical disc version of the game.

Factory resetting the console will remove what is on it, including any games and your account. The games cannot go with the console, because they are attached to the account they were redeemed or purchased on. Once you have reset the console, then you can
sell or gift the console to someone else.

Im not using a headset.spent all day trasfering data and games from my old xbox one to my new xbox one x and i cant even play games without terrible sound. What am i supposed to do now? Tried all the different audio settings andnothing helps.

Transfering licenses u buy a game it your console get a lisence so any one can play and u get one

while trasfering licenses report stolen xbox to microsoft u find seriel numbers while trasfering and thay "should" block the old xbox of xbox live making it worth less

I see ..I do think now I may have used the wrong profile to trasfer licenses .my bad...disregard this post...my apologies to MS for the negative thread..
