How do I transfer voucher into son’s account

It's not possible to transfer money from one account to another. You can use your account to purchase any game he wants as a gift though, then he will still get the game he wants, but you use your account to pay for it. Youd have to check with customer service and see if there is anything they can do but generally speaking nothing is transferable between accounts.

However, what I can recommend is to use the voucher or Microsoft Account Balance to purchase items for your son's account.

To do this, you can sign in to your Microsoft account and use your gift card balance to make a purchase on the Microsoft Store. The purchase will be charged to your Microsoft Account Balance and will be added to your son's account.

There is no longer an option to transfer Microsoft Rewards points to Family members. If you're looking to use Microsoft Rewards to get some money into family members' accounts, the best you can do is redeem your points for a voucher and gift the voucher to your family member.
