How do I transfer an account onto a newer Xbox?

I also had my friend try to download my account and it worked on his xbox so he transferred it onto a usb stick and thats how i got my account on my xbox because it wont download it onto mine.

OK, it wasn't the licenses transfer i needed. How do i get the achievements that my profile has on here onto my new xbox? I have no way of manually transferring.

It looks like you are trying to transfer the game itself from your old account over to your newer more current account is this correct? Does your newer Microsoft account already have an Xbox account associated to it or is it a new account that has never
been signed into Xbox Live? If you have never signed into Xbox Live Gold you might be able to

Update the Account Alias on the old account with the newer one.

If both accounts have an Xbox account attached to them then there would simply be no way to have the game associated to the new account. The game will always remain on the account in which it was redeemed onto.
