How do I switch my microsoft account without logging into the microsoft account?

My friend made my a microsoft account for my minecraft account on the playstation, but I can't get back in it, so I want to unlink it and log into my own microsoft account but I can't unlink it unless I log into the microsoft account that my friend made.
Is there a way for me to fix it without signing into the microsoft account my friend made?

I hadn't tried to buy them on the switch. I have some money on my microsoft account and tried to buy some mine coins from there, i was able to buy 700 coins however there is no way to access them or know if they were added to the microsoft account associated with the switch and when I logged reloaded the game and relogged into the account the balance didnt reflect the added minecoins. I asked for a refund after finding conflicting information on the microsoft website about whether I can buy them on the microsoft account and use them on the switch. So my question is how do I buy them on my microsoft account so they are available on the switch.

How do I log out of my xbox live account in Microsoft Solitaire Collection without logging out of windows? I want to log out of my account in Solitaire so someone else can play offline. Is this possible because it seems as if once you log in you can never

That did kind of help. but if i try to make a new microsoft account it always wants to attach a new profile to it. if i dont do that then the profile switching doesnt work. how do i create a microsoft account without it wanting to attach a profile?
