How do I switch emails

Hello Trevor, unfortunately you can't merge accounts.

However what you can do is, if you want to use the account that you have to play and that has all your game licenses also to send emails, just start using it for this, but if you do not like the email that it has, you can exchange the email of that account, you can make an exchange of Alias.

But the Alias can't be from this second account you own.

Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Account, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call

Secondly, the Xbox Ambassadors have posted direct links or instructions to the contact portal for customer support or links on how to change your primary signing alias to your Microsoft Account, which is the exact same one you use to sign in to Xbox Live
services. The email to your Microsoft Account is the same one to your Xbox Account and any other Microsoft services you may use.

A direct contact number in the US does not exist and since we cannot assist with account issues besides what information has already been provided, I'll provide the best steps to be placed in a queue to get a callback from Xbox Customer Support and speak
with a live person to help you:

1. Contact us here
2. Select Xbox One
3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options
6. Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available
