How do i swap two accounts email address's over

Both aliases / email addresses are Microsoft emails? (Outlook.com, live.com, etc?

If yes, sorry to say but that's not possible. Existing Microsoft emails can't be added as an alias for another accounts

And, just if maybe you're wondering. Any kind of content transfer between Microsoft accounts can't be made

Unfortunately, there's no way to swap or merge Microsoft accounts. :/

The only thing you could do is to create a new alias for one account, which is only associating another email address (assuming that this new email address is not associated with any existing accounts.) to that same account.

If you have 2 created account's already, you cannot swap the Xbox profiles between those two.

I currently have an active live account. I want to switch my email to my primary email that I check all the time. How do I go about switching my emails over so it shown on my console. Do I need to create a new account and swap my profile over to it?

you can't swap them, the microsoft account is the xbox account is the email, they are one in the same.
