How do I sue Microsoft on false Ban/suspension? I have a year **** suspension for a case...

If the suspension qualifies for a case review, you would find the option to submit a case review by going to your enforcement history - https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

Unfortunately, not all suspensions qualify for a case review. If the suspension doesn't qualify, you will have to wait out the suspension as the Enforcement Team does not use the forums. Keep in mind support, as well as forum users are unable to assist with suspensions.

So false reports get you banned for a year because another player want to be a jerk?? And the enforcement people are non existent and Xbox won't do anything about it?? I can understand a month but a year is beyond ridiculous

No. False reports can actually result in the person making said report being suspended/banned. Most reports are reviewed by an actual person before a ban/suspension is given. The exception to this is for messages that contain profanity. Those can be caught by the profanity filter and once reported can result in an automatic suspension for profanity.

That means in the majority of cases your suspension was actually reviewed twice. Once for the initial report before being banned/suspended and a second time for the case review. If they denied the review than that means in both cases they decided you did something wrong.

If you retaliated against the other person for instance that can result in you being suspended.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not sue the forums. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done and they will not give specifics.

If you feel that your account was falsely suspended you would need to file for a case review by signing into the account with the suspension on it at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review at which point the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report
and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

This is the only way to get the suspension lifted sooner.

The enforecement team does not monitor these forums.
