How do I submit a idea with Microsoft for gaming

Your best bet would be to get a job at a game developer and then pitch them your idea

What about an idea for an Xbox One accessory? I have an idea for one, but i don't want it taken or re-posted by another person as their idea. And where can i be assured that it won't be "revised" and used as an "original xbox idea" ?
