How do I submit a complaint/feedback to Microsoft about their products?

This is really vague, but how do I put feedback in a place where Microsoft has a shot of seeing it? I had my 3rd xbox controller in less than 2 years break on me (this one in less than 4 months because the headphone jack died), and I am not hard on them.
It was 3 weeks out of warranty and now instead of a warranty repair or replacement I can A) pay to have it repaired or B) pay to buy a new one. Microsoft please either fix your controllers or fix your warranty on them.

Those are the terms of service. By purchasing the product you adhere to the terms of service and the warranty.

Controllers come with a limited 90 day warranty. Anything beyond that and you have to purchase a new one unfortunately.

Unfortunately, but so far my experience with these controllers has been to expect them to fail relatively soon after 90 days. They are way too expensive last less than a year.

Try Setting up a headset adapter which bypasses the 3.5mm socket which
may have gone faulty. Also you may need to Update your controller firmware. A
new update was released recently.

Maybe take care of your controllers better i have had 2 controllers and still working after 5 years
