If not, the best option would be to contact your bank to dispute the charges since it should be considered fraudulent charges automatically.

To stop recurring charges for Game Pass or any subscriptions tied to past accounts your son used, go to the Microsoft account services and subscriptions page (account.microsoft.com/services) and sign in with the Microsoft account that was used for the subscription. Once signed in, find the subscription you want to cancel and select the option to manage it. There should be an option to either cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing.
