Xbox Cloud Gaming cannot be accessed from the Xbox app on iPhone. Here's how to access Xbox Cloud Gaming on iPhone:

Open Safari, go to Xbox.com/play and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Select the Share button, and then select Add to Home Screen.

Then, Cloud Gaming can be opened from the iPhone home screen like any other app.

To take a Screenshot:

1. While in game double tap the Xbox Button

2. When the home screen appears press Y

Note: if you do not get the option to take a screenshot after double tapping the xbox button you may need to reinstall Game DVR and/or your profile.

To save a Screenshot:

1. Open the Game DVR app

2. With the screenshot you with to save/share press the menu button and select save/share from the menu

Note: After taking a screenshot there is a delay before the screenshot can be saved or shared. During this time you will not see these options available.

I would try deleting the game, do a hard reset, and then re-download.

To delete the game hit the menu button on the right of the xbox button. This will bring up the options to stop installation, uninstall, and manage game.

To do a hard reset hold the power button down on the front of the console for 8-10 sec until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec. then plug it back in and power back on and try re-installing the game again.
