How do I stop my GameClips from freezing and stuttering?

I have followed advice from a previous thread on how to resolve the issue of stuttering game clips.

I am using an Xbox Series X console.

I have gone as far as clearing local saved games, clearing alternative MAC address and even Resetting the whole console and keeping my games and apps.

However, when i came to record my first couple clips after doing this, i saw the freezing was much worse, far more frequent and invasive to the footage rendering it almost incomprehensible.

could there be any other reason as to why this continues to happen to me ? i would like to look back on fond and entertaining moments with friends and have the moment be captured rather than blurred before and after jump cuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you identified if this problem happens with any game or happens with a specific game?

Are you saving your captures on the internal disk or on an external disk?

but how do i stop it from freezing when downloading in game?

a have the same problem. Do you have any ideas how to overcome it?

My config:

i7-9700KF 3,60GHz

32 Gb RAM

RTX2060

It's possible to play more of less, but permanent freezes and stutters are really annoying.

There isn't a screenshot function on X1 is there? The only way I've found to get screenshots is by either watching gameclips back on smartglass and doing screen grabs on my phone, or by taking screenshots of gameclips on my PC.
