I am being signed out of my profile constantly. The password screen allows a password to be entered but then it white-screens after 7-10 seconds, every time.

My only current solution for this is soft resets (daily) and hard resets (3-5 so far). The sign out occurs when I:
    1) Play a game associated with my supported Gamepass account (purchased game works fine).
    2) Attempt to purchase another game.

I have deleted and re-added the Gamepass game (Forza Horizon 5), this is not a solution.

Internet at this property is fantastic/stable.

I can't see any solutions online for this. PC community reports similar issues when accessing FH5 but is a different platform.

    Many thanks in advance.

    :)

How do I stop being signed out of Xbox live automatically

    Hi Jhon

No joy unfortunately. I was unable to observe 'gamebar' anywhere (I'm Xbox Series S), and also 'games' within settings - there doesn't appear to be an option.

The rest are tried and failed. Factory reset worked for a day but then issue resumed the today.

Hi Mick, my name is Jhon, and will be a pleasure help you

Here are some steps you can take to try to stop signing out of Xbox Live automatically:

    1. You can activate or deactivate the automatic login function:

    -Sign in to Xbox Live.
    -Select Settings and then Profile.
    -Select Login Preferences.
-Select Sign in automatically and make the changes you want.

    2. Update your console drivers. Outdated drivers can cause problems with your console. You can update your console drivers from the Microsoft website.

    3. Check your account settings. Make sure your Xbox Live account is set up correctly. You can do this by opening the Settings app on your console and selecting "Account & Privacy." From there, select "Account Information" and then "Update."

    4. Reset your console. If you have tried all the steps above and the problem persists, you can try resetting your console. This will erase all data on your console, so be sure to back up your data before doing this.

    5. Disable the Xbox Game Bar. The Xbox Game Bar can cause issues with Game Pass games. You can turn it off by opening your console's Settings app and selecting "Devices & Accessories." From there, select "Game Bar" and then turn off "Show game bar when I log in."

    6. Turn off game mode. Game mode may cause issues with Game Pass games. You can turn it off by opening your console's Settings app and selecting "Games." From there, select "Game Mode" and then turn off "Enable Game Mode."

    Hi again Mick

It's very strange that none of the solutions I gave you worked, that means it's not a common problem that we can solve on our own. It can also be temporary but in these cases it is best to contact Xbox technical support directly.

    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

They may find a way to help you with your problem.

On console Guide go to Settings>>Preferences>> Idle options. Check the first setting and review choice.

    Xbox and windows live.

If your talking about a Games for Windows LIVE game on your PC/Laptop then your automatically logged out of the other. So for example, if you were logged in on your XBOX 360 with the same gamertag signed in online, and then opened up a Games for Windows
LIVE game and signed in, it would automatically sign out your XBOX 360's gamertag.

It's not possible to be signed into the same XBOX Live account in multiple locations regardless of it being an XBOX 360 or a Games for Windows LIVE game. You can however be signed into XBOX.com and then your XBOX Live account on either Games for Windows LIVE
or your console without being kicked out as it's only on the website for management purposes :).
