how do i start over to play through whole game again have finished level 99 and want to start ...

I have started a few games over because if a bad choice and oops I forgot to save before that situation. On a whole though if I have some hours in a game i will normally try to finish it up. Then do a second play through if I want to go different route
on story.

My minecraft wont finish installing it stops at 99 percent then when i put continue installing it starts all over again

The problem is still there :/ how can I play this game and finish it, if I have to start over and over again ? Will it be fixed or my money just got wasted ?

I am just saying they are useless if we are working on already a leveled character.. why start the WHOLE game ALL over just becuase they release a new character that they WANT money for? I am sure we all played through the complete game MANY times over
and over again... which is getting pointless .and repetitive. now only to have to do it AGAIn just cause they release a new character?!?! I mean you dont see other games trying to extend a game making you have to play through it the same over and over
and over again.. when they actually release DIFFERENT like added campaign . that way you DONT have to play the same thing till you get sick of it... Thats what i mean by "USEless".. but YEAH you are going to say they are relaseing the fourth and last
DLC. the for season pass holder making NEW content.. but YEAH WHEN?!?! and What good is it when they release the level increase (WHICH was a PAID ITEM.. go figure. ) that everyone already maxed out it is a WASTE of all that XP you earn through doing
the missions So making my second point that it makes the DLC WORTHLESS. ...

AND PS. how many times do you actually play through a game?!? once you max it out your done with it.. you bring back to game store on trade in or pack it away!.. WHy keep playing it over and over and over and over again!? it is like watching a REPEAT
of a REPEAT of a REPEAT of a movie.. hehe! it starts to loose it flavour after the first half a dozen times!.

I'm still having this issue with the walking dead season 2 at the moment. It's extremely annoying as the final chapter just came out and I want to finish the game but can't even get the damn thing to start.

I'm no longer willing to go through the clear cache/delete the game rubbish unless there is an absolute guarantee that it will fix it, because clearing the cache will result in a whole lot of gigabytes of game updates wanting to be downloaded all over again
every time I start a game up.
