If nothing on there helps, click "Contact us" and then select your issue...if you can't get a callback option, "I don't recognise a charge" under "subscriptions and billing" apparently usually works

Hello, go through microsoft support and make sure you have the controller registered. Once that step is done you can go through repair which will fix controller through warranty.
