If they can help you they’ll tell you the best thing to do.

They are accepting calls right now. If you're not seeing the option, change your category/topic until you do. Billing options typically always give those options. I usually have luck with billing and then "I don't recognize a charge".

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

"Request a call" is not an option ? It seems like they are not accepting any calls what so ever... This is horrible customer service.

They have taken my $$ and I don't get to use my Xbox. Hardly seems fair.

I also have two step verification on and I have to verify my account through my email or phone that are both hacked. I tried to sign in on a computer and now it's saying I've tried too many times to log in. So I cannot access my account at all. I have to someone contact me or get a recovery code. How can I do this? I'm lost here. I'm getting screwed over by the second while I cannot speak with tech support.
