    How do I speak to someone?


    My wife's account has been hacked They changed the email and I can't recover it using the recovery form. ( Even though I've given them card info and gamertag) I have no way of talking to someone or contacting someone that can help me. The person has now changed her email and has an authenticator app on it.( I tried as the last ditch effort to sign in with the hackers email since it shows the hackers email on our Xbox ). Pls who can help me get her account back.

    I'm Tim, an Independent Advisor here and a Microsoft user like you. I don't work for Microsoft and do not have access to any of your data on their system.

    Where did you purchase the Xbox from? Can you not return to there and request a replacement under warranty?

    This will obviously depend on the ship’s return procedures but I would start there first.
