    How do I speak to someone at xbox?


    I need to speak to an advisor urgently as my series X has broken (again) but my device dash says its out of warranty so I can't book a repair even though there is 3 months left on it.

    I need to speak to someone to both arrange a repair/ replacement and get my info changed to correct the warranty dates.

    Can anyone help?

    Where did you purchase the Xbox from? Can you not return to there and request a replacement under warranty?

    This will obviously depend on the ship’s return procedures but I would start there first.

    How do I speak to someone at xbox?

    But it is wrong, the xbox is only 8 months old and when I check on the chatbot it says its still in warranty, but directs me to the dash to arrange a repair, which I can't do because the dash says warranty expired.

    I just don't know what to do as I can't get a call back and the chat service isn't putting advisors on, my xbox is just an expensive brick at the moment, I don't want to go down legal tracks but unless I get to speak to someone I'm going to have to take legal action.
