how do i speak to one of your reps as contact us doesnt work

For me, it is an honor to write to you and try to help you in any way possible, for my part I will do my best to try to solve any questions/problems you are presenting.

The only way to contact support is through the website, in the contact us button there you must enter the problem you are presenting then click Next you will see a button that says See contact options which you must select then click the Skip button. In some cases you will be assisted by a bot but you must keep trying until you enter a live chat with a support agent.

If you want to talk to someone about a refund, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If that doesn't work I recommend doing a live chat with one of their reps. In the past when I've had to speak with them it was normally a fairly painless process.
