    As a parent....it ticks me off that xbox does not Eben follow own policy.....bought game for son pn 7th....tried playing...it glitches, it lagged, it frozen......I requested refund under their policy within 14 days limited play.....denied.....have been hung up on by support 3x because they don't know what to do, one said supervisor will call...never did...f5th had me resubmit request another way....and recieved the same form letter.....ticked off parent....HOW DO I SPEAK TO ACTUSL PERSON IN REFUND DEPARTMENT AND AMERICA

    You are forgetting the refund policy

    It's 14 days or significant amount of time whichever comes first

    And the limit is 2hours

    So if you hit 2,,hours then you don't qualify for refund

    As mention you have to reply to the email

    I have replied to the letters.....and no reply back...as for 2 hours someone else mentioned...that is not what policy says...it says limited time....and when a kid is getting freezing, lagging and glitches...they have to wait it out or start game agsin.....he was on there no more than 3 hours fighting with this game when told me piece of **** can you call xbox to see what problem is....of course they couldn't answer that question either

    Hello Paula, if your refund has been denied unfortunately you will only be able to respond to the email you received from the refund department.

    The department is offline and can only be contacted via the email you received, and here in the community as independent consultants we have no way or provide any kind of information about why your request was denied.

    Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. As stated in your original thread, you would have to try replying to the email you received denying your refund. That is the only way to contact the refund specialists.
