How do I speak to an actual human being on the phone at Microsoft regarding Xbox One S ...

I paid for an out of warranty exchange 'the console I recived is defective, it does not recognise game disks. I want to speak to someone about it but Microsoft think that speaking to a gamer or a robot is acceptable.

How do I actually get someone on the phone?

My daughter has been scammed.

my daughter has been verifying codes to a stranger . She is an EE customer ( well we are )

We received our monthly phone bill on Saturday which was £380 ...... £300 had been spent on the game fortnite .....

She is 12 years old and so is the other person involved .

I have been trying to speak to someone regarding this matter and have got absolutely nowhere ..

I am utterly disgusted with the fact that you cannot speak to a human being....

We have no Microsoft products

No Xbox and have no idea what this stupid game even is !!!!

Sorry to hear about the issue with the repair. You can request a call back.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks
• Step 3-----select games
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

little note to *step 4*: in most countries it's not possible to request a call from support !
