    How do I speak to a representative for a chargeback?

    We appreciate you for bringing this up to Xbox Community Forum.

    To contact our real time support, kindly follow this step.

    1. Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Select the " See Contact Options" or "Request a Call" button
    3. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
      What are you having trouble with? - Subscriptions & Billing
      What's the issue? -I want to request a refund/ don't recognize a charge
    4. The third box will ask you to describe your issue "XXXXXX" and then select the "Next" button.
    5. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
    6. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
    7. Make sure that you are on the region/country that you are physically located. (Shown on the screenshot guide below).

    Always contact Xbox Support (phone/chat) first. They might be able to help you get a refund on unused, recent digital purchases.

    If you mean getting a grand total refund on everything you ever purchased on Xbox by “chargeback my whole account”, then this will definitely never happen for obvious reasons.

    Your bank will suggest the same thing: contact Xbox Support first. Keep in mind that forcing chargebacks with your bank can definitely put your Xbox account/console at risk for a permanent ban, as far as I’ve seen.
