    How do I speak to a human at Microsoft?


    I'm trying to file a refund for an Xbox game. The claim got denied for a bogus reason. And I'm trying to figure out how to contact customer service, and there doesn't seem to be any humans left at Microsoft. I tried the customer service page, but that's
    just endless drop down menus trying to avoid calls. I tried the customer service phone number, and again just an endless loop of options that only leads back to the internet.

    It seems to me that Microsoft is running a petty extortion scheme in their Xbox store and leaving no way to be contacted. Has anyone else had this issue, would I contact the FBI?

    Hello, go through microsoft support and make sure you have the controller registered. Once that step is done you can go through repair which will fix controller through warranty.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If
    you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Typically Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.

    Happens to me too, everytime; if you're using VPN, disable it first then try logging in again. If the authentication issue still persists, you may go through a verification process where a Microsoft employee can email you after a week or two.
