How do I sort error code 0x87e50033

According to Xbox Support:

"This may mean that there’s a temporary issue that can be resolved by restarting the game or app"

No need for port forwarding since the error is not related to your network connection. Please try the powercycle method and make sure to follow the steps accordingly.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

the error code is 0x87e50033

My son is having this issue, I have tried the solutions provided and none have worked.

Please, try power cycling the console.

To do it, follow these steps:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
