    How do I solve MSFS2020 crashing on loading screen?


    I have recently experienced some trouble with the Microsoft flight simulator 2020, and I don't know what to do.

    When I open the game, it checks for updates and suddenly, when on the loading screen, it crashes, always at the same point, regardless of the safe or normal mode.

    My computer specifications are Intel Core I7 12700kf, Nvidia RTX 4070 SUPER and 32 GB of ram DDR4.

    I hope someone could help me.

    Does i show the splash screen and throws you back to the home screen?

    Does the game start to the main menu of the game itself and then crashes?

    Or do you get to the main menu, and you can't load a previous world?

    Thank you for your reply. Only other game is Doom and it is fine. All other apps are also perfect. After I try to launch MSFS2020 it starts up with the usual screen but after about 20 seconds a message appears “The game has crashed. Errorcode: 0x0000005
