How do I solve error code: 0x80073d02 on Xbox GamePass when installing Starfield?

I have reinstalled and repaired various times to no avail. Thank you for your time in adance. I have tried command/sfc/scannow, repaired microsoft store, ensured proper update of both windows and gamepass.

The error maybe cause by that the game didn’t install because there’s a game or app open on your device. This behavior occurs because the game files that you’re trying to install also updates the files for the game or app that’s open.

I wanted to pre-install for Starfield, which cannot be passed through Xbox, but I get an article with error code 0x80070490, what should I do, the problem could not be solved, please help

Ok, I think I figured out the issue. I first pre-installed just the game titled "Starfield" last week. When I kept trying to pre-install that version it keeps failing. When I did a search in the XBOX app on my PC for Starfield, it showed all the editions and also the one titled "Starfield" that I was trying to install. When I looked at the "Starfield Standard Edition" it also showed pre-install now (I'm a gamepass premium subscriber) so I tried that one and it is installing now. So far no errors. The weird thing is when I go back and look at the one just titled Starfield and it also shows as downloading. I think that particular download link is broken.

Kindly try to repair/reset the Xbox app and MS store again. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the Apps and then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app, select Reset. Please also check if you can install using Xbox app or MS store after.
