how do I sign out of microsoft from Minecraft?

So, a while back I tried signing up for Minecraft realms on a computer that no longer works. But now that I have PS4+ and can actually play multiplayer, I can't sign into Minecraft though because that old account is still connected, and the only place I have the details for that old account is on the computer that no longer works. I've tried to sign out of it from Minecraft but it's not worked so far. I've looked through basically everything in settings and tried to sign into my old account multiple times

That being said, I take this opportunity to let you know that if you linked a Microsoft account in the past on the PlayStation version of Minecraft, you need to use the exact same account.

Actually, according to the official Minecraft article I’m going to share below, “Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account.”

Additionally, “As of March 15, 2023, please DO NOT unlink your MSA from your PlayStation account via the in-game menu. You will be unable to link it back if you do so.”

However, if you allow me, what I can recommend is creating a new PSN account just for Minecraft and linking it to a new Microsoft account.
It's not required to re-purchase Minecraft again, just make sure that game sharing is enabled on your PS4.

Sign in the Microsoft Store with the old account. Then, install "Minecraft for Windows 10", it should be free. After that, sign out your old account from the Microsoft Store. Open up "Minecraft for Windows 10", then sign in with your new account. You will
get updates for free if you do the following. I hope this helps.

If I may ask, what Minecraft version you have purchased? Is it Minecraft for Windows, or Minecraft Java Edition?

If it's Minecraft for Windows, simply sign out your account on Microsoft Store then restart your PC before signing back in.

If this is Minecraft Java Edition please do the same, sign out on your Microsoft Launcher then restart before signing back in.

harshsaglani, try to first uninstall Minecraft from your PC.

Sign out from your account on the Xbox app and also on the Microsoft Store app on your PC. Restart your PC, and then, open the Microsoft store, sign in to your account, and look for the Minecraft JAVA edition. Download it from there. That Should do the trick.
