how do I sign in to the xbox home website on PC

Don't worry I believe I've fixed my issue (I was trying to sign in on an unlinked account, however I can explain what was happening, when I clicked the sign in button it would take me to the page then immediately bring me back to the home page without signing me in

I've tried signing in on Chrome ,Opera, Firefox, and Microsoft edge but it still redirects me to the home page of the Xbox website. I can sign in on my mobile but not on my pc. Can you tell me a solution to that and also that does a vpn change the games available in your region on the xbox app on pc?

@JeeLee007X I tried doing exactly what you said but it still gives me same problem. i click sign in on the project spark app and it takes me to microsoft xbox website and i sign in and im at xbox home page and it wont ask me to accept any agreement so i
just go back to app and it tells me im not signed in and so it takes me back to xbox website again

Um this is on PC and i'm signed in on the website but it still dosent do anything
