How do I show up in the xbox one news feed?

Yup. I have a bunch of friends that aren't showing up in the news feed on my Xbox One and smart glass. All it shows is the videos they've taken. Doesn't show their achievements, doesn't show their recent activity. I can't see what game they're playing.
I have no idea if they're on a game or watching TV or whatever, so not sure if I'll be bugging them from whatever they're doing. I can't even see my sons activity feed or achievements and we're on the same Xbox One.

I've asked some MS people on Twitter and not one person will get back to me. I have no idea what's going on but it sucks. What's the use of activity feed and all that when I can't see what my friends/family is doing. You go on Xbox.com and all it
says is they're playing Xbox One. You go on Xbox One smartglass and it says "when they play a game they're recent activity will show up." "Once they play a game their achievements will show up"

Well they're not. It's not working. I can't see what more than half my friends list is doing.

I've had the exact same problem since yesterday. None of my activity shows on my feed and if I post to my feed it's sent but again never shows up. My feed is blank as if I have never used my Xbox One.

When I log into Smartglass on iPhone it also shows a blank activity feed so it is something to do with my account. I am not in any preview/beta program the last update I received would have been the main September rollout.

I am also having this exact same problem. Ever since the new update, my personal activity feed is blank, and none of my achievements or messages will show up on my Xbox one activity feed, my Smartglass app, or any of my friend's activity feeds. I am also
in the update preview program.

This is clearly related to the new update, please find a fix as soon as you can.

Could you provide us with a bit more information please? Such as which game and what achievement? I've earned a bunch of Xbox 360 achievements on my own account recently and they definitely are showing up in the activity feed.

Do Xbox One achievements show up in the feed?

The more information we have, the better!

I earned 2 ,Black Ops 2, achievements and they appeared on my feed, but I accidentally deleted them, and I tried to share them again onto my activity feed, so I select the achievement and press share, then it comes up with 'Shared!' but never actually shows
up on the activity feed and doesn't share it.
