    From a recent research, I think Virgin Media did not setup IPv6 for their customers so far. But I think you should call and confirm this with them. Sorry about this.

    Your console is not showing the IPv6 under Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Current network status?

    May I know exact what you want to do? Do you want to setup a static IPv6 address or what? I ask because usually IPv6 is factory enabled for all routers nowadays and you can simply change its settings on Windows:

    - Go to Start > Search and click on Control panel.

    - Open Network and internet, then Network and sharing center.

    - Click Change adapter settings.

    - Right-click your connection and go to Properties.

    - You will see "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)". Double click on it.

    If it is not showing on your Windows adapter settings, please let me know.

    Lucas is correct with this. Virgin Media do not currently support IPv6.
