How do I set the Xbox UI, all over the whole Xbox to English, no matter the location???

Why is it still impossible to get the Dashboard on Xbox One, all models, sold in all countries, always to English no matter the location?

I find no possible way to get the Xbox fully in English, how is it possible that this is still an issue 2019??

There is an option to set the language to English, but that settings is ignored all over the place. The annoying Ad's on the home Dashboard are at random sometimes Swedish (my location happens to be Sweden) and sometimes English. Most menu items and genre's
in the store are in English, but then at random some genre's in the store are Swedish??? Sometimes tips and tricks o the Dashboard shows up in English, and sometimes it is Swedish.

The fact that tips and tricks are shown in the wrong language just shows how messed up the whole system is to the core.

Microsoft rewards are half English half Swedish ….I can not even set the language I want for the e-mails you send out.

All I want is the language to be the language I choose. I want English, I selected English as the language ,and yet Microsoft still forces Swedish at random places.

If I selected Swedish as the language, I would understand if some items have not been translated yet, and then would show up as English ..but this is the other way around! Surely all general text are first written in English ,and then translated .. so
why can I not get English when I select English as the language?? It make no sense what so ever.. and it is very clear that Microsoft either do not get the problem, or they do not care what so ever about their customers, or potentially both are true .

I also would understand if some country /region specific content would show up in the region language only ..for example Ad's in the store and similar...but that is not the case either.. It is standard genre/section texts in the store that at random show
up in Swedish most of the time!! The sections and genre's are the same on all consoles … same goes for all ad's I have seen so far.. I know these are available in English, I have checked and tested them .. there is no logical reason what so ever for Microsoft
to on purpose to show the wrong language... they do it anyway..

It seems like the issue is caused by the fact that there are at least 4 different teams making content for the Dashboard , store etc... and they do not follow any standard and do not talk to each other at all.

• One team respect the Xbox language setting, and follows it correctly , and all works as expected.
• A second team at random checks what is set for region on the local Xbox, follow no standard and depending on the mood for the day base the language of the content output on the region setting or the language setting.
• A third team at random checks what is set for region on the Microsoft account, follow no standard and depending on the mood for the day base the language of the content output on the region setting or the language setting, or nothing at all .- a fourth
• A forth team think that you can reliably determine the location of a user based on an IP, a foolish idea and anyone that spend a few minutes on the internet knows this is not reliable at all. It is mostly true, but not always, this was obvious already 10
  years ago. Based on the perceived location they decided what language they think you should have...not the language you want. They then
  at random base the language of the content output on the location they think you are at and the language they think you should use and speak and understand . This was an issue already on Xbox 360 and it is also an issue on multiple Microsoft services
  online ..and have been for years.

It really is not that hard Microsoft!

1. If someone picks a language, respect that and offer all content possible in that language.
2. If the content to be displayed is not translated to local language yet, default to English.
3. For websites, services, and Xbox if no language preference is set by the user , check the location based on IP and set the language to the expected main language for that region.
   However when the user sets a language RESPECT THAT!! If the location can not be determined default to English. If it is a region/country that is known to have multiple main languages (Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands f.ex.) either
   force the user to pick a language on a simple multi language page (if the region has 3 different main language make sure the page contains all of the in one place) pick the most common one, or default to English .

You are doing none of these things!! .. It feels you just think you know best and at random pick language based on nothing but arrogance and ignorance.

Common Microsoft it is high time you fix this now .. it I has been soon 6 years on the Xbox One and it is still not fixed at all!!!

On all your Online services the issue has been there even longer.. you are suppose to be a global company, you should definite have figured this out in the almost 44years you have been around!!!
