    The reason that I'm asking this question is because "Killer Instinct: Season 2 Ultra Edition" and "Zombi" are the only games that I've downloaded on my Xbox One. I was able to turn off the console on these occassions because the downloads finished before

    My xbox one turns itself on after I turn it off, how can I stop that? Power mode is set to energy saving, & auto up dates are turn off.

    How do I set my Xbox One to turn itself off after downloading a game?

    You don't need to, as long as your console is set to download stuff in standby mode then you safely turn your console off, and the Xbox One will continue to download stuff.

    I believe the setting is in "Power mode & Startup" is the one called "automatically download updates and software" as long as that is ticked and you set your console to the "instant-on" power mode, it will work.

    My console updates by itself so I guess that means it is using the "instant-on" setting. I didn't know this (white light on power brick is the "instant-on" setting) until now LOL How do I set my Xbox One to turn itself off after downloading a game? :)

    Just download it while it's 'off' needs to be in instant on mode though

    No the download shouldn't be affected, the only time a Blu Ray ever downloads anything is when you initially put the disc in, and even then only if it uses the feature to download added content
