    As far as I am aware, its only a notification on the device. If its a device ban, then its permanent.

    Sorry to hear it. If you have been suspended from Xbox Live then you can log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click on the hammer icon to see the length of time for the suspension.

    However, if the suspension is only for the game then you'll need to contact Destiny to find out the length of time of the suspension as no one here can help with in game issues like that.
