    How do I see the date o purchased a free game?


    So o play Roblox a lot and I just switched over to PC from Xbox but I forgot my password and for some reason when I created the account I didn’t link it so any email or phone number. So u went to roblox support and they told me that I need a receipt or anything that proves the date of purchase for it. I can’t look in my purchase history because that only includes any that costs money; does anyone know how to find the date I purchased it?

    Hello again, as I mentioned before, Microsoft does not provide a receipt or record a "purchase date" when it comes to free games like Roblox since no purchase is made to play it. I recommend contacting Roblox Support again and clarifying this with them.

    You won't find any record of the purchase of a free game in your account's order history or any email from Microsoft including a receipt because it's a free game, not a purchase.

    I find it strange that Roblox Support is asking for the date you purchased a free game. Are you sure they are specifically asking for that? Perhaps they are referring to the purchase of an in-game item, such as Robux, for example. If you are certain they are asking for the purchase date of the game, please inform Roblox Support that Microsoft does not record a purchase date for free games.
