Let's forget about Microsoft rewards for a moment and try to revisit my questions:

1. Is there a general Microsoft/Xbox standard as what qualifies as logging into xbox live?

2. Is there some way I can see my xbox live login history, just like any website shows their login history?

When i go through the link and click on what I'm relating to it just brings me back to the form.

Is there a way to chat with a human through Microsoft's phone number?
