    How do I see full purchase history (15 years). Xbox only shows 3 months


    All the support and help pages are the same. Xbox one, go to setting, go to account, gonto purchase history but I can only choose between one month and three. I want to see all of it.

    There used to be an option for download history, but that is totally gone.

    account.microsoft.com     and look under your subscriptions. You can also check your purchase history to see if you only purchased 1 month / 3 month / or 1 year. Typically game pass is 1 month and 3 month, so sounds you purchased 1 month thinking it may have
    been 1 year in error?

    This history will never be altered or removed.

    By default, it will only show the last 3 months so be sure you use the filter option to view all.

    My Xbox 360 tenure(years played) problem

    Have you played for three complete years? Even 2 years and 364 days will still only show up as a 2.

    They need to be 3 full years of being Gold, the Tenure stops increasing during any lapse of being Silver.

    For instance, let's say you joined 3 years and 2 months ago but for three of those months you were Silver, as Tenure sees it that is just 2 years and 11 months, thus the 3 does not yet appear on your gamer profile.
