    How do I safely keep a horse?


    I've tried leaving them in small rooms, and tying them to a fence. These areas were also well lit, so hostile mobs could not have killed them.

    Is there a way to get them to not run away?

    Noticed some changes..

    If you had a horse it wud probably be killed by a death claw anyway. nevermind how you would have to keep giving it supplies. As a matter of interest, do any of the fallout games have mutated horses????

    I found a free horse today near a dead Harker. I brushed it down, gave it a name tied ribbons in it's mane, put some new horse shoes on it. I made plans for buying a stable for my house and decking it out and told the Sleipnir ( that was it's name) How happy
    he would be and how safe and wonderful everything would be from now on.

    30 seconds later an Ice Wraith killed it.

    Mounted Combat!?!?

    I'm very happy how they are doing some awesome updates for free and not charging for them. I wont use the horse mounted combat at all, I dont really use horses because I think the physics are wack on the horse and feel worse then oblivion horses! But the
    horses in skyrim can climb up mountains like the M35 mako in Mass Effect 1 lol.
